I get to the office and they say I HAVE TO shave my head. Since I am African American with curly hair I was so against it, I only shaved half my head and looked crazy.

Don’t waist your time! Not worth the wait they never call you consultation, it’s a part of There marketing scam. I had my first appointment on Friday at 3:30 pm and I called since no one called, they said that I have to wait for a little bit more since they backed up with customers so I waited another 45 min and I called back, the agent apologized and he said they will reschedule me for Monday since they didn’t call.

12 hour thing the Dr spends 20 mins of those 12 hours with you.They don’t use sapphire. They don’t show you before or after pictures. Salesman was weird and brief and the dr was careless and brief. The people that do all the work are the nurses. Place was dirty. Classic dc standards.

I had a great experience with Dr Ehrlich and his staff. They walked me through the whole process in great detail before during and after my procedure. Everyone from the front desk, to the back of the house was extremely professional and friendly. Dr Ehrlich was great in the follow up as well making sure I wasn’t in too much pain and answering my constant questions. I will recommend him to any of my friends who need a hair transplant surgery in the future. GREAT place to go!
