Allowed me to book an appointment.. then changed business hours and proceeded to say I had to reschedule and when I couldn’t make the new business hours work with my schedule and asked for my deposit back until I could reschedule a new appointment she told me deposits were nonrefundable. That would be understandable if she wasn’t the one to randomly change her business hours and force clients to reschedule. Isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s very unprofessional.
