Today, I called this hair place to get a hurried appointment as my hair was in ruins from 2 1/2 years of not being cut… they scheduled me at 5 and then things changed and they got me in at 3. When I got there, I had to wait until about 3:30 which wasn’t an issue. The stylist was by herself due to a no call no show and she was aggravated, but she was pleasant to the customers.

Had my hair colored there and it was horrible. Will never go there again. The stylist tried to convince me it looked good and the manager did as well. They are either blind or liars! Had to stop at drugstore and pay more money for product to fix it myself at home.

I went in to get my hair cut with long layers. The girl Always seems to be in a hurry. I got home and had no layers. I went back a week later. The same stylist was working,but the girls said she was talking no appointments until eleven. I had another stylist put layers in my hair. The sad thing is they were choppy with deep lines. I had to go to another salon the same day to get my hair fixed!!

Waited for 20 minutes to get a haircut while one girl did a color and the other just watched me sit there. Guess it wasn’t her turn to cut so I was waiting for the girl doing the color to finish. I gave up and walked out.
