I was there last night told a 20 min wait which turned into about a 45 min wait. No big deal. But the lady cut my next more then once. She states they were new clippers and then she just cleaned them. She also informed me another lady complained that day of the same issue. Unfortunately all she has was pubic hairs to try them on her self. And she did say she would not do that. GROSS. Then when I just called to let her know she did however hurt my neck. she said shes been using them all day. Her sorry was very unconsurning. Plus she never removed the hair off of my neck.

I’m furious. I have two little kids so I decided to make an online appointment. When I showed up, on time, she told me they were booked and it would be “a minute” while working on one and one person waiting. I just had to leave. Plus a $3.95 surcharge for cleaning everything? I don’t care!

I don’t know if it was a flaw in the computer system or poor management but I was able to make a 10:30 hair appointment. I packed up my small children into the car and drove to BoRics. Only to find out they are not open and I was able to schedule a hair appointment in spite of the not being open. Haircut

Critical: ValueWent there for a hair cut today. I let her know how I wanted it cut (layered in the back) and how I was going to style it. She trimmed it a little, sprayed a product on it that made it stiff as a board as she was blow drying it. I had told her I didn’t need it blow dried. I had to go home and shampoo my hair again ( I had shampooed and blow dried it before I went), blow dry it again, then take my own clippers and cut it again!! Nothing I like better than paying $20 for a hair cut that I have to go home and do myself. Never Again!!!Went there for a hair cut today. Went there for a hair cut today. I let her know how I wanted it cut (layered in the back) and how I was going to style it. She trimmed it a little, sprayed a product on it that made it stiff as a board as she was blow drying it. I had told her I didn’t need it blow dried. This location is always busy,usually long waits Have had to call them a couple of times to see if they did a certain thing that my daughter wanted done to her hair a few months back and if I could get an appointment for her. The employee was rather rude. First they told me they don’t like making appointments during certain times of the day so I asked when was a good day and time. They said the following day at a certain time. Then the person refused to give me an appointment and assured me they wouldn’t be busy in the morning and to just bring her in at a certain time.When I tried to ask for an appointment,the person said “Look,I have a line of customers waiting on me. Bring your daughter in or don’t but I have to go.” I was on the phone with the person for less than a minute. I took my daughter in at the time they said the next day and they said there was an hour and a half wait.She wanted her hair done so bad,we waited.The appointment took around 2 hours to finish everything. When my daughter was done she told me she was never going back to that location again .This was the second time she asked for a specific thing to be done to her hair and for the second time,an employee said something to effect of “But this other thing would look so much better with your hair.” My daughter said she did not want that done,she wanted what she originally stated done to her hair. The employee did NOT do what my daughter asked and on top of it,what the employee did cost $50.00 more than what my daughter wanted done. Then she said to my daughter “See? This looks so much better.” My daughter was clearly upset since she had already told her not to do that to her hair. She paid,which,luckily,she just happened to have extra cash on her since the employee ignored her and it cost an extra $50 dollars. This place CLEARLY either needs to give their employees longer hours or hire more people in also. Before the incident with my daughter happened,I have tried to take my my son in 6 times over the course of several months. Every time they were too busy too fit him in. I’m looking into finding a non chain place to take my family for our hair needs.
