Stephanie is a fabulous stylist and person. I was the client in the chair and can say she was more than 10% done. I would not suggest booking a late Friday haircut if you’re pressed for time. Regardless, I have had Stephanie for several appointments and have been very happy.

I had scheduled an appointment well in advance to have my hair cut and styled for a private boat cruise later this evening. I arrived promptly at my scheduled appointment time to being told by Stephanie that she was “going to call” and appeared to be only 10% through another clients color. I sat there for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement from Stephanie of an update in time or existence. I am very disappointed in the customer service, I had much higher expectations.
