I was excited that this nail place is open on Sunday. It was my first time coming to this nail salon. When I walked in they asked me to wash my hand, even though I was getting a pedicure. I thought to myself I really appreciate them taking the extra step but two more people came in looking “different” than me and were not asked to wash their hands. They explained to me that I misunderstood. The only thing I misunderstood is that if I don’t look a certain way I will be treated differently.

Made appointment for 11:30. Arrived on time. Every station was busy. At least 5 people came in and said they have appointments at 11:30. I asked how long is the wait and person asked me if my nails had gel or polish on them. I didn’t need to know how long the manicure would take. I wanted to know how long the wait would be.

I am very picky with my nails. Esp when they clean them and draw designs. So far, best nail salon I’ve been to. The workers are so welcoming and talented. Definitely, worth my money. All my designs lasted me 3 weeks even though I’m constantly using my hands thank youuuu❤️

My appointment was for 1:30. I wasn’t take until 2:15 and they moved me to a chair after a half hour thinking that would make the wait time any better. If they didn’t have time to take me just say so no one has two hours for a manicure! Manicure

I got my nails done here several times. This morning I had the rudest tech help me. Her name is Sue(seat right be entrance) She had a very rude attitude during the entire time while doing my nails. I proceeded to pay, she asked me to much higher than what i am usually changed. She very rudely shout out “I don’t know, I am not the owner” I nicely explained I’ve visited several times and have paid lower. When I proceeded to tip her. She then threw the tip back at me which I thought was probably one of the rudest thing anyone has ever done to me. I would NEVER come back nor will I recommend anyone.
