Me and my best friend had never been here before and traveled to Boone just to go here to get our nails done since the county we live in doesn’t have very good salons. We called and they fit us into their schedule very quickly. Micheal was super nice and really funny! He did a fantastic job on my nails and my friends nails. We will definitely be back!

I went in and asked for a French manicure with a glitter top coat. It was so rushed even though they were not busy at all. The shape of my nails is awful. He put the thinnest layer of acrylic one could ever think of. Didn’t even cover the whole nail with acrylic, when I asked if he could fix the line that you can see through the acrylic he rushed even more. He was shaking is head the whole time. I hate my nails. I’ve never had an experience like this my entire life. I was very polite and was on the verge of tears because of how bad they look

DO NOT DO IT! I am infuriated. I was in town for the day and needed a fill on my acrylics and chose this place based on reviews. I came in with a shape I really loved (almond) that was previously done very well by a different salon. The guy helping me kept shaking his head and rolling his eyes anytime anybody new came in while doing my nails. He took my color off and grinded so carelessly that he cut my pinky to the point of bleeding and cut all my other fingers too. Removed all my natural nail underneath the acrylic without telling me or asking and stabbed me with the drill and just said, oops.. and kept going. Then proceeded to very clearly I’m a rush, carelessly, and aggressively file my nails. He WRECKED the almond shape. They are uneven, jagged, and cut into my thumb nail. Another lady did a terrible paint job that looks gloppy. My nails and cuticles HURT, I’m bleeding, my jagged nails are catching, and the color looks terrible. I’m extremely upset and also nervous I’m going to get an infection from the carelessness of the drilling. If you care about your nails avoid this place.

went here to get manis with friends for a wedding. i just wanted gel polish, no acrylics, and that was the wrong choice. those i came with got acrylics and their nails looked amazing – probably because we had called ahead and said we were a bridal party. the technician trimmed my cuticles way too far and cut no less than four of my fingers. i took these pictures 3 full days after getting them done and some still have not healed. plus the polish is incredibly sloppy, i had to finish shaping them bc the tech missed the sides of a couple nails, and the matte top coat i asked for is spotty and missing in some places. i could have done a better job myself, at home, for free. sucks that i spent money for this manicure – my friends’ acrylic nails all looked amazing, especially the bride, but she also complained that it was painful for a day or so after getting them done. lastly, the employees were not happy when some of us didn’t want pedicures with our manicures, and ignored me at least twice before finally ringing me up so i could leave. later i heard from the bride and maid of honor that their pedis hurt and took two full hours. the wedding weekend was fun, but im never coming back to this place.

When I went in I asked for a price list and decided on acrylic nails. The book said $35 dollars. When I went to pay the lady said it would be $55 + $5 for “coffin shape”. I have got my nails done many times and have NEVER paid extra for the shape. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Very misleading. My nails were also not done up to the nail bed so they are already looking like they need to be filled and I went yesterday to have them done. Do not go here.

Had a very pleasant experience at this nail salon!! We were a group of 5 people with no appointments and they took us with no problem! Free mimosas, good music, good vibes! Pedicure experience itself was amazing as well and very professional. Thank you to all the employees here for being so kind and accommodating
