I have been going here for a little while and I really wanted to like it but at this point I have to go somewhere else. First off, every time I have made an appointment and every time I have waited at least 30 minutes before getting seated in a chair. My first bad experience was when I wanted to take my dip polish off and instead of soaking them, like other places do, they just took a sharp tool and ripped them off one by one. This totally ruined my LONG nails and so she started cutting them super short without even asking me and then just told me they were too damaged so she had to… damage caused by not removing the dip properly. Then last week when I went, I really felt like they were rushing it. My gel nails were under the light about half the amount of time they usually are at other places. No surprise, every nail on my right hand bubbled up after I left because it never cured. I went back yesterday and they re-did that hand. Now today, two of the 4 nails they re-did are bubbling up AGAIN and never cured. And on top of that they never take the polish all the way to the edges. That always bothers me. The price is good but you get what you pay for.

I have been coming here since July 2022 and I have always left loving my nails. I have gotten several get pedicures and they have done a great job. I stubbed my toe and almost 2 weeks later I asked if they could just repaint my pinkie toe and Linda was happy to do it for me. I have had both Kim and Linda do my nails and they always take their time and never rush. The first picture is the first day I got them done and the second picture is 2 1/2 weeks later.

I haven’t gotten my nails done in yearssss but I went to Bonny’s and didn’t know what to expect! Linda did my nails and she is the sweetest soul on earth! So happy and kind She did my nails so efficiently but it didn’t feel rushed and she did a really good job. She makes sure you are happy and I had a really good experience and I think it’s a fair price! I would get my nails done by Linda again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to Bonny Nails for a normal gel manicure, and I came in with nice and healthy fingernails. I am used to getting my nails done and know that they use the electric file, but the man who did my nails basically shaved them raw. Of course, I did not realize until he was done, and went about my day afterwards. Not even 24 hours later, 8/10 of my fingernails broke from literally just texting on my phone, opening a door or pulling my pants up. The photos attached are from 3 weeks after I got them done, and they are STILL breaking from the slightest pressure and are insanely flimsy regardless of the gel polish. I also have to file them down as short as possible so they don’t break and rip my skin off since they’re so brittle. I am beyond frustrated about the service I got, as it leaves my fingers in a constant state of pain and they’re always bleeding. And who knows when they’ll be strong and healthy again! The nail tech who did my nails absolutely does not know how to professionally do a clients nails. I went to Bonny Nails for a normal gel manicure, and I came in with nice and healthy fingernails. I am used to getting my nails done and know that they use the electric file, but the man who did my nails basically shaved them raw. Of course, I did not realize until he was done, and went about my day afterwards. Kim was so amazing! She was very professional and kind. She did an excellent job on my nails. The salon is very welcoming. The staff was great to there customers, as well. Within 10 minutes of Kim working, I booked my next appointment with her. I highly recommend you going to Bonny Nails.

I have been here twice and won’t be going back again. The first time was a pedicure, and it was alright, although I felt rushed & the water was cold and had been sitting there for a long time before I got there. Not the greatest experience, but I figured it was a fluke and I’d give it another chance. I went back for a simple manicure and was made to wait 35 minutes even though I had scheduled an appointment AND confirmed the appointment. The technician did a terrible job; very sloppy, rushed, and honestly when I do them at home they look better than this! She filed my nails extremely roughly and they were totally uneven, even after pointing out some obvious slants and asking if she could fix them. She didn’t even trim my cuticles, and the nail polish is bubbly, not covering the full nail, and even missing entirely from some of my nail! Very disappointing, and I honestly just wanted to get out of there and have it be over. I understand that when things are busy it can be stressful, but I felt like I was ripped off of the experience I was paying for because she was rushing to get me out of her chair. Will never go back again.
