Critical: Quality, ValueI went in first time since I moved near by. The lady that took me to wash my hair said oh wow your hair is curly I thought it wasn’t. It did not look like it .-_- my hair is not curly hair ! Then the girl who blow dry my hair did not ask how I wanted my hair just blow dry and was kinda rough with my hair. Finally the lady at the front cashier said we have to charger you60 since your hair is curly -_- next time do a hair perm first!! My hair is not curly again and never did I ever done a perm in my life! I gave them the money because I was taught to not steal! But never again will I go to this place. I went in first time since I moved near by. The lady that took me to wash my hair said oh wow your hair is curly I thought it wasn’t. It did not look like it .-_- my hair is not curly hair ! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy mother had a 130 appointment today. She arrived and checked in at 120.
