I spent a lot of money for gel nails. The cost of gel is expensive there and they did a terrible job. We got them done Friday and by Sunday they were lifting, where she buffed over the gel turned brown. By Wednesday I needed a new manicure! Spent a lot for them to be ruined. I don’t have a physical job for them to them not last at all.

First I wanted to say that their was nothing wrong with the nails I got done except for a smudge in the gel polish on one of the nails. I was extremely over charged however. All I got done was a full set with french tip and it costed me $92. My friend got a full set with french tip, and hers were longer then mine, and she got her eyebrows waxed and hers came to $90. I was charged for length, and shape? I don’t know how you can charge for the shape of a nail. Also mine were short so I am not sure how I was charged for shape? I wouldn’t go here unless you want to be ripped off!

I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon at all. They tell you the wrong times when you are waiting, some of the staff is horribly rude. They talk on their cellphones while doing your nails and use their phone most of the time making you stay there much longer. The reason I am writing this though is because they are completely unsanitary. They reuse brushes and every single utensil on multiple clients. They use nail drill bits on multiple clients, sometimes they will cut my cuticles with the bits and make me bleed which is understandable but then they use the same bit without cleaning it. Just letting you all know.

Customer service was not great the receptionist kept walking away going to sit down never did get my questions answer i was interested in a French manicure she put the color chart on the counter and told me to pick out the color I want and went back and sat down I left out and went to California nails around the corner.

Got a pedicure here and the woman was trying to get an ingrown toenail. It started bleeding and the woman cleaned it up but the next day it started getting swollen and red. Turns out I got an infection. Cost me 50$ at urgent care. Pedicure

Got 2 balances done here. First was better than the set I originally got from another service, but still was bad enough for the nail tech to say “I don’t know how they could mess up your nails so bad.” And had to have my nails removed and a full set put on. I accidentally misplaced an item of mine there and didn’t realize it until 7:25 on Saturday. I called to see if it was there and if I could pick it up in 25-30 minutes. Got here in 25 minutes. No one’s here. I keep calling and no one answers. Tomorrow is Easter and I have to go to work on Monday morning so I don’t even know when I can come pick it up. Over all just poor customer service even if a technician is good at their craft.

I scheduled a appointment the day before for 12 in the afternoon, I got there 10 minutes early didn’t get a chance to sit down until 12:40. I wanted my nails just a clear coat and shaped. Had to leave early because they took too long to get to my nails also
