Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis salon is a joke. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is after a week and a half of getting my extensions done at this salon. I talked to the OWNER and we was very disrespectful and rude after I explained that I was at loss of words and even sent in photos. She explained that my hair falling out from how tight the extensions were was basically my fault bc I didn’t go back to her stylist after they clearly didn’t know what they were doing. I told her that since she was so rude and disrespectful I would just leave a bad review so I can show people how awful this was and her response was ” ohh you’re gonna plaster me on social media? That’s not going to do anything to me, it’s not gonna get your money back so.. ” I’m posting this to show that you shouldn’t go here to get extensions because not only am I out money but they in fact do NOT know how to treat customers.
