I was pretty nervous to try a new place. They were very easy to schedule an appointment with and were flexible. The environment was nice, everything was clean, and the people were all very friendly. Wash and cut made my hair super soft. I forgot to ask for layers at the beginning of the cut and so they were kind to stay late and cut layers in after the simple cut was done. Unfortunately the layers were not faded in at all, cut in two rows, no texture or shape, and does not seem like a salon quality cut. I didnt notice until I got home. I am nervous to get it fixed because I dont want my hair to be any shorter. I wish there was an email or website with a contact form I could reach out to before posting a review! I will not be returning which I am disappointed about because it is such a great location.

I don’t have to rewash and style it after leaving like I did with everyone else 🙂 Her balayage work is also gorgeous.
