I had to have my gel nails removed and then I had a French manicure. One of my nails had broken under the gel, Maria took special care to remove my gel nails since my nail was broken and very painful. She mended my nail so she could do the French manicure. I showed her a picture of what I had done before and she was able to copy it perfectly. Maria did an Amazing job.

Establishment was clean, manicurist was nice enough and I only wanted French tips on my nails. She did them twice, 1st time the nails were like 3 different shades and there were scuff mark visible in the nail. 2nd attempt she changed the color of the powder to supposedly be more pink and ended up looking worse than the first time, if that was even possible! According to her license she’s been doing this for 3 years…. and has no clue how to do a French Tip manicure? I am scared to death to even go to another Salon! Headed back to Ohio just to get my nails done right!

Very nice place, clean, everyone wearing a face covering. Very friendly staff. My mom did full service manicures and pedicures and she was very happy. I did a pedicures for my self and that was great experience!!! highly recommended to everyone. We can’t wait until visit them again. Pedicure

For $100 manicure and pedicure, I would expect my nails to be flawless or close to it. I got French tips on my toes, and they were JAGGED across the top. It was BAD. My nail art was very simple but cost a lot, but it is what it is. However, it was very pretty, and I did like that. The nail techs were also very friendly. However, both my pedicure and manicure were chipping and/or lifting 4 days in. So for that, I feel like it was overpriced and poor quality of product, but excellent service.

Critical: QualityLadies do not go here for dip. They do not do it correctly and mine chipped after a week and I have had dip for 6 years. I am not rough with my hands either. The person Emily didn’t introduce herself took 2.5 hours to do my dip did not apply a white base c.oat under the dip. And since I can’t get a refund and gave a tip I have to find another place. Also when I called to get info I was told they have lots of dip. No they don’t have lots of dip colors. I am used to seeing 20 displays of samples. What an amazing outcome today brought! Two states away from my own just to get nails done! Will definitely be back! Staff was amazing and Amy was fun and cheerful to be around! And did I mention!?!?! Talent! Girl has talent!!!! My new monthly visit! I know I am quite complicated and picky with my nails and have a unique style that some nail techs don’t want to even begin with. I love the bling and amazing detail she put into my nails. And her staff was just as great! Thank you! See you soon!
