Everyone there was so nice and they even stayed open late for us because we came close to closing (we tipped well!) They were speedy and quality- photo is 3 weeks later and besides the growth gap they still look great

They’re so nice and were able to get my mom and I an appointment within the hour. We were able to choose our nail polish color while waiting. They have clean equipment and had glass to have a barrier between workers and customers. They sanitize their workstation before the next customer which was a plus for me. Their prices are also very reasonable and the background music was very relaxing. We’ll definitely come back.

Lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. I don’t normally do my nails, therefore I needed guidance on the different services they offer. The young lady at the front desk didn’t want to be bothered to explain anything to me. She just wanted me to look it up & then tell her what I wanted. She’s young & lack experience in the customer service department. I left disappointed looking for another place that is more customer service oriented.

I’ve been there twice now. Every time I go, I feel so rushed. The first time, I got a manicure with the Dip powder. She was rushing through the manicure, she didn’t even use lotion and massage my hands that should normally come with a 40 dollar manicure. The second time, the color ended up being WAY darker than expected (which I can’t have at work) and when I told her after a few dips she SEEMED SO ANNOYED and rushed through it. I was not satisfied afterwards, but felt bad for bugging her so many times to fix each of my nails for little stuff. If she didn’t rush, there wouldn’t be so many little mistakes. I will not being going back….

I have been going there for years and never had a problem untill now. This technician Victoria is horrible. Left my fingers hurting and did an awful job on my nails leaving them thick, bulky and badly shaped, plus, she gets upset about it.

I walked in for a walk in mani pedi, they said 15 min and so I waited and while I was waiting another woman came in with an appointment, her lady didn’t show up for work so they were down a nail specialist. They said they were ready for me, while I was waiting for the water to be put into the pedi chair another lady walked in for her appointment and was told to wait. I over heard they lady next to me tell her customer who she was doing a pedi on, you won’t be able to get your nails done we are running behind. That lady had an appointment!! She was baffled that the nail specialist even said that. So I just got up and left because they were not accommodating their appointments and weren’t giving great customer service to the customers that were already there and had appointments. They need to pay attention to their books and focus on giving better customer service. Very unorganized. Everyone in there seemed unhappy with the service.
