If I could give this place negative stars I would. They completely butchered my sisters pedicure and gave me and infection. Then for my manicure the man tech did a horrible job shaping and garbed me aggressively and hurt me multiple times with the file. I went back because that night after going home my acrylics were chipping and was treated like I was stupid for picking polish and treated once again aggressively by the only man working. I will be reporting to the tdlr and BBB since no one could tell me who was in charge. Also mail tech Hope decided to call me and my sister ridiculous for asking for a refund I can’t believe this establishment is allow to run

The pedi was soso, the worst part was the hygiene, it was not taken out of a sanitized bag, same tools that were used on me were rinsed in my pedi water while my feet still soaked then put back on their station. I saw multiple unsanitary procedures, and after leaving my feet and toes burned, doctor said due to the salons unhygienic procedures it grew a bacterial infection, the next day a family member went and the same thing happened to them.

I Love Bonita Nails! I’ve been going to this place for a few years now. The staff is very professional. They have a great color collection! I started getting dip powder nails and so far I love it, it claims to supply vitamins to your nails. It lasts about three weeks. I love the fact that I can just sit back and relax. Andy is awesome! His work is clean and perfect every time. Bonita Nails has a beautiful set up, very roomy, modern looking and relaxing.

I’ve used their services for a mani/pedi. Pretty deceiving results. I feel bad complaining about it cause I’m sure those workers don’t get paid much. My husband could have done a better job for 55$. The pictures were taken 2 days after the manicure…

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf you enjoy sitting next to a random HEB bag full of rotting peaches and a dirty coffee cup, this may be the place for you! The lady doing my pedicure started with cleaning my nails and trimming my cuticles, pretty typical stuff until she decided to pause and choose a show on her phone with her gloves still on and then continued to work on my feet. I got the deluxe pedicure because it featured “longer massage”, good thing too because the massage was a full 20 seconds. I guess she used up my massage time choosing her show. The pedicure was over in 15 minutes and she cleaned the tools used on me in the pedicure bowl with my feet still inside. She put those tools right back in her cart for the next person. she sent me to dry and I thought, at least this is over. NOPE. she came and sat in the chair next to me and had me put my feet up onto her lap. My knees were practically to my chest. This was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Pretty sure a 5 year old would have gotten less polish on my skin than this lady. The workers were nice, however I noticed the lady doing my manicure was not using tools from a sanitized pack. She just pulled it out of her drawer and threw it back in after she finished. Considering she drew blood from my cuticle, I would expect for her to put it somewhere to sanitize it, but she did not. Will not be going back there again.

The owner/Manager was SUPER rude and unprofessional when an elderly client had an accident with their rolling chair. It was so sad the way he treated her. I understand they are not responsible but DID HE REALLY HAVE TO SPEAK TO HER THAT WAY? I mean this lady just fell.

Went a few years ago and was not satisfied. Never went again until a few weeks ago. They overcharged me $10 for a regular pedicure. Today I took my son’s fiancee for a nail refill and they charged her $35. Our fault was not asking how much it was before getting it done. I feel that when we do this , at checkout they end up jacking up the price and you have no choice than to pay. Never going there again. If I could give them 0 stars, I would 🙁

Don’t even waste your money in such a horrible nail salon they’re super rude, they’re very rough, they don’t care about your nails, they’re just there to try to see how much you’ll tip them. Super ugly looks and they make you feel so uncomfortable. Not only that but they do a HORRIBLE job on nails. And the guy that did my nails lied to me about a red fill charged me $40.
