Wasn’t brave enough to get my brows done here yet because of the reviews, but I let her thread my upper lip and she did an AWESOME job. Love that she went quickly and applied pressure rather than slow and soft… made it a lotttt less painful! Definitely coming back.

So this is a brow place inside a mall. Not bad for $13. But nothing spectacular either. I walked in on my lunch break. Another lady was having her eyebrows and chin threaded. Only about a 5 minute wait. Not bad at all. Only 1 person working.. which is totally understandable for a Monday at noon. My eyebrows have always had a very defined sharp angle. That’s how I have them shaped. The threading today, she totally changes the shape of my brows to an arch. I still tilled her $5 because that’s just my way and they look good. Then she told me my brows were different shapes… isn’t that their job to make them the same shape? Oh well. 18 bucks for 5 minutes and she made out well. 18 bucks and at least my eyebrows look decent to go home for the holidays.

Critical: QualityI have been going to this place for 2 years and there is always some little mistakes nothing too crazy. Today I went get my eyebrows done and they look horrible. I love my eyebrows and for them to be messed up is beyond unreasonable because I come to this place to get a service done like I usually do but the girl who did my eyebrows today does not know how to do eyebrows. She took literally a minute to do my eyebrows. Such a sloppy job if you even go to this place, do not let the white girl touch your eyebrows. Horrible. I have been going to this place for 2 years and there is always some little mistakes nothing too crazy. Today I went get my eyebrows done and they look horrible. I love my eyebrows and for them to be messed up is beyond unreasonable because I come to this place to get a service done like I usually do but the girl who did my eyebrows today does not know how to do eyebrows. The lady was very nice & gentle when installing my lashes. They came out very pretty for my first time. But the next day they started coming off. A few of the lashes she installed where on my eyelid opposed to the lining of my natural lashes. It took maybe 20 mins to do. I’d leave zero stars if it were possible.. I’m pretty sure they allowed allowed someone training on their first day to do my eyebrow extensions. She completely ruined them and still charged me full price. I asked the tech who had more experience to fix them. She told me it was nothing she could do & proceeded to walk away. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. As people passed me in the mall they proceeded to ask me where I’d gotten my eyelashes done so that they wouldn’t accidentally do there. So unprofessional.. 42.70 for the worst eyelashes EVER‼️‼️

Third time coming here. First two times lashes came off 2 days later. Went again trying to give another chance no kids allowed no greeting ladies didn’t not get up from there chair. The tech shaped them decent enough; although one eyebrow is slightly thicker than the other and longer as well.. I opted to try for the tint for the first time and was not pleased. The tech did not follow proper safety guidelines for applying the tint, the tint was splotchy and wayyyy to dark and thick for my eyebrows, I looked like I had two huge caterpillars on my face. She didn’t clean up the tint around the eye brows well, leaving me with tint everywhere. One eyebrow was tinted in a square shape and the other in a rounded off shape. When I got home I had to google how to fix it.
