She was super responsive and quick to reply and send me a date that worked for both of us. She asked what I wanted and was so good about listening to what I wanted. She has such a gentle hand and did great with my haircut. Her customer service was great! As soon as I sat down she offered me something to drink and took her time when cutting and styling my hair. I think her prices are so good for the things she includes plus her talent and effort. Would 100% recommend Rocio to anyone else. I feel like a whole new person with my new hair. Highly recommend Rocio at Bondi Suites!! I am never going anywhere else for my haircut and coloring needs. She was super responsive and quick to reply and send me a date that worked for both of us. The suites are located in a very great location – Downtown Holland and are very private, comfortable & chic spaces.We have used Heather for 20+ years as she is exceptionally qualified and stays current with all the new trends of coloring, cuts and extensions. She carries product in her suite which makes it an easy one stop shopping and pampering experience. Her suite is very relaxing and quiet. We really enjoy the one on one space without any other client in there or waiting for their services to be done. Heather is extremely talented in her knowledge of coloring and cuts. I would recommend anyone to her. We trust her and she makes us feel amazing when we walk out.
