Valeria is really down to Earth and we have great conversation. She is fabulous at cutting my Angled Bob and really listens to what I want for my cut and color. She’s extremely talented, personable and patient. My pride is my moustache, which has been with me since 1972. (My wife has been with me since 1975). Kristin gives it very special attention and does an outstanding job.

First time visiting this salon and I’m extremely disappointed. My original stylist called in sick and I rescheduled with Valeria. She showed up 15 minutes late to our appointment. I showed her my inspiration picture for color and just needed my cut freshened up. I also had let her know I did not want to be too red. After discussing we agreed to do highlights and color. After finishing the highlights she let me sit to process and said she’d be back in 15 to check on me. 35 minutes later I had to go looking for her. She was no where to be found and the receptionist wasn’t even sure where she was at. She finally reappeared and I expressed my concerns since I had lightener sitting on my head. She brushed my concerns off. Rinsed the highlights and applied the color while I sat in a sit up position at the shampoo bowl. My color turned out fire engine red (exactly what I didn’t want). She says oh is that too red I did add a red booster even though you didn’t want it to be too red. She had to apply my color again. After checking my cut it’s uneven with long pieces in various spots. Color is still not what I wanted after it was applied twice. No offer to style my hair (curl, straighten anything). She got a little bitter and said I hope you come back even though you don’t like me.

Sadie was excellent! Very attentive, extremely thorough and super sweet! Everyone is very friendly and the receptionists always try really hard to make whatever you’re looking for work for you.
