I’ve been coming to Bond Beauty for over a year and am so thankful I found them! I go to Anh for lashes and Paul for nails and both of them always exceed my expectations. The salon is trendy and very clean. The staff is always super friendly and all of the nail techs are extremely talented. I usually show Paul a picture of a design I want and he does my nails even better than the photo. Highly recommend Bond for all things nail and lashes!

I’m going to go ahead and give Bond 5 stars because of my personal experience. I’ve been coming to this salon for years and can tell you that their customer service is superb. They are my second family – I spend so much time there. I religiously use Ryan for my nails. I can go 3/4 weeks between appts without any of them breaking. Designs are always amazing. Anh does my lashes and recently the best microblade job! I look forward to my appts because I get to spend time with them. I mean Ryan facetimes his baby during my appointments so I can see her! <3 They are truly just genuine people working very hard after small businesses were just hosed.

I never really write reviews but wanted to acknowledge bond beauty. The staff is absolutely amazing from the front desk to the nail technician. Always friendly and welcoming and super clean. I’m never disappointed. I get my nails done every two weeks( which I can probably go longer but I have my routine don’t judge me) I have tried many places but once I found bond beauty I’m never changing it up. I get my lashes done too and they always come out just the way I like them. She’s super talented and the sweetest person. So if your looking for a one stop shop for nails and lashes don’t hesitate give them a try. Love you guys ❤️❤️❤️

i came in for my first appointment here on july 13th with lisa. she was 15 min late, then rushed through my nails to make sure she was on time for the next appointment. i didn’t mind because i’d love to get out of there quick as long as the quality is still going to be good. later that day i started to notice some little brown spots on some of the nails which i know is air pockets from not being done properly. i could tell the quality was not as good as i’m used to, and just decided to see if i could make them last as long as possible since they were more expensive than the place i usually go to. a few days later, i noticed the sides by my cuticles were all starting to peel up. then, today, which is 12 days since i got them done, my left pointer finger nail chipped. i usually do not complain, i’m not good with confrontation, but after all of this in under 2 weeks i knew i had to say something to see if i could get them fixed. so i called and they did not give me any kind of help. they said since it was 2 weeks (it’s still under the 2 week mark) that i am due for a fill. they did not say anything about the fact that these nails were in poor condition since i left the salon since i didn’t make the call earlier which was my bad, i was trying to just make them work so i held off. they offered me nothing to make up for the condition my nails have been in since i left the salon. i do not recommend going here they do not care about their customers and just try to bang out as many people as possible to make their money. if you’re looking for a quality salon go to lavie nails in monroe. they take their time and do amazing work and charge less for beautiful designs!

In addition to my previous review in response to the owner… yes I came to your salon and gave you lots of business hoping I Would get better service as I am new to the area and naive. But here’s my lovely nails after 4 days after spending over $100. I don’t mind spending the money but this is what I mean by FALSE ADVERTISEMENT they look great when you leave the salon but they do not last even a week. You should also check out the Facebook group who says the same reviews as me and reconcile your business, as you lost so many customers including myself. Instead of responding on a google review you should have made amendments with your service and customers. Wish someone warned me before I wasted all my time and money in a money making scam place.

Got a new set asked for a certain shape asked how it was I said it’s too narrow he did what he wanted, so just didn’t say anything else about it not being what I asked for, I asked to fix a Crooked nail made it even more crooked. My middle finger is hitching hiking to the left, put on a brand new tip too, and I know it has nothing to do with the structure of my finger and angle of it. The two weeks before Had a fill after a few days nails lifted I just Made an appointment at another salon to get them removed and redone. Wasted time and money.
