Michelle is excellent and accommodating. She’s the reason my 87 year old mother continues to go back to Bon Cher. However, a dedicated phone person or just some customer service training is needed. When I called to schedule an appointment for my mom recently, the girl who answered could not have been LESS helpful with answers to questions I asked. Had we been first time customers, I would’ve hung up and gone elsewhere.

Went here as a teenager to get my hair dyed brown, it turned out black and I came back and had to get it stripped. 4 hours later I got home and realized that my hair looked just as black….
