Was my first visit to Bombshells Salon. Was a fantastic experience. My stylist Ruby was amazing! Matched the color I wanted perfectly. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. She even fixed my bad hair cut I had done from another salon at no charge. Will definitely be a regular here. Love it!

My first experience here was absolutely terrible. I had dyed my hair myself and ended up with hot roots that were extremely red. After a consult with Mackenzie we discussed using a darker color to blend my roots better with the ends of my hair which were a darker red. After 3 hours I left the salon with my hair looking the exact same way as when I walked in and I was charged $150 for this service. My blowout was a total joke. I left with my hair completely dry and brittle on the ends and a total frizz ball. I immediately threw my hair into a bun before leaving because it was that bad. I could not complain at the moment because I needed to leave and get my son from school but I did end up speaking with a manager shortly after leaving. I was asked to come in the next day and see someone else who promised they could fix it. I came in the next day and had a totally different experience. My hair was fixed but I don’t believe the 1 hour service to fix my hair would’ve cost me $150 that I paid the day before. Although my hair was fixed at no cost the next day I was a little disappointed no one offered me some type of refund for the day before considering Mackenzie did not do anything we discussed when quoted and I left with the same hair I walked in with. $150 is ALOT of money to leave with no difference in color except the left side darker than the right side, a frizzy blow out & damaged hair.

This place is a rare find in Knoxville. Since moving here 4 years ago I have struggled to find a salon that offers multiple services and great stylists who take care to provide the level of service they are pricing for. I’ve been to over a dozen of the areas high end salons since we moved here but I’ve left each time unimpressed. I came across this salon going To my dog groomers appointment so it was truly just an accident that I found it. Let me tell you the level of service that I received at this salon was better than what I’ve paid 3 times the price for!!! From the second I walked in till I left it was the best service I’ve ever had before. My stylist Kimberly did a great job and I love both my cut and my color. I have found my new home salon thank you so much Bombshells!!!

I have been using this salon for several years and have always loved Anna performing my highlights. She was on vacation for several weeks so I was booked with another stylist. Since I only needed my new growth along my front hairline touched up I let them book me with another stylist because I thought this would be an easy process. She highlighted a big chunk of my hair on both sides of my face and after the glaze I looked like a skunk. She went back and added some low lights in it but now my hair is over all darker and has areas in it that don’t match the rest of my hair. When I complained about it she said she didn’t do my whole head but I told her that what she did should have blended with the rest of my hair. The studio told me I could come back and they would have another stylist try to fix it. I told them I would pay them when my hair was fixed but they said they couldn’t let me leave without paying. I have always been happy with Anna and my highlights but now my hair is a mess. I will not go back to this salon because they only seemed concerned about collecting their fee. I wouldn’t trust any of them anymore except Anna with my hair.

Not only is she a great hair stylist but she also takes an interest in people personally and treats you like a friend rather than just a client. The salon atmosphere is really great. I started visiting Bombshells Salon right before the holidays, and I could not be any happier with how the employees have treated both my hair and myself as a customer. McKenzi does amazing work and gave me the PERFECT cut I have been wanting/needing for so long… not to mention the most relaxing shampoo and conditioning of my life. I will now be seeing her frequently and would not go anywhere else! I have received compliment after compliment since leaving her chair. It feels great to be able to trust your stylist, have your questions answered and know she truly cares about your hair. Go see her and the other stylists! Zero complaints and nothing but beautiful hair and a boost of confidence from Bombshells and McKenzi.

I’ve seen several stylist at Bombshells over the past 4/5 years and been happy with my service every time. The past few months my daughters and I have been seeing Mackenzie. We love Mackenzie. She is friendly and does an awesome job with crazy bright colored highlights that my daughter is always requesting! She also did an amazing job on an updo and make-up for my daughter (for her first high school formal). The updo was exactly how my daughter wanted it and her make-up looked so pretty and natural. Needless to say…..Go see Mackenzie!

I have never had my hair cut at this salon, but I wanted to try a new one since it was easier to get an appointment then where I’m currently going and it’s really close to my house. The girl that waited on me who makes the appointments was really fake and flaky. That was an immediate turn off to me. I was not comfortable there, not did I feel welcomed.
