I love Danielle Bradshaw! She’s been doing my hair for awhile now, and she’s great! I always love my cut and color! She’s reliable, professional, and considerate, and anyone who has actually had their hair done by her would never say otherwise. She is always on time and makes certain I’m satisfied with the cut and color. When she did it recently, I mistakenly told her my part went differently than it actually did, and she offered to come back and add more color. She’s always stated if there’s anything I don’t like about my cut and color, then give her a call and she’ll make sure that I get the outcome I was hoping for.

Bergen did my hair the other day and I’m absolutely in love with it. She was friendly, explained the process she was doing and beforehand we spoke online and she helped me pick out what toners to use on my hair. I was looking for a strawberry blonde originally but the end product was way better than what I initially wanted. I do definitely recommend seeing her!

Danielle Bradshaw is unreliable, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and thinks the world revolves around her! The 1st appointment I made with her she cancelled at the last minute because “her mother was coming into town”. She left me scrambling to try to find someone else before I went on vacation. She solicited my business via text. I gave her a 2nd chance but was adamant that I was in a wedding party and that once made the appointment it could not be changed. She made the appointment which I was made to pay up front and later called to tell me she would need to reschedule because she was going on vacation. I was not very happy and reminded her of our agreement. She promised she would do it the following day and said she would never do anything to ruin someone’s big day. I texted her 4-5 times the day she said she would be returning to confirm the time and address since the appointment was the next morning. She got mad and returned my money and refused to do my hair leaving me high and dry. Just as other reviewers have stated, she is full of excuses and uses her family as an excuse for her extreme unprofessionalism! Do NOT book with her is you have any sort of occasion! Unreliable, unprofessional, and uncaring!!!
