We had a fabulous stylist Cache who helped us pick the best hair style out of 3 we came in with, along with the hair pin sets I bought to go with her jewelry and dress. I wanted it all to look gorgeous. She made it happen, she’s friendly, talented, and extremely open to questions about hair. We have found our new hair home with the amazing stylist Cache. Bailey loved her too! The salon has a great vibe, very cute and not pretentious, but definitely has the pampered working mom thing down, loved it! I highly recommend so far for hair dos, I am sure my haircut this week will be just as fantastic by Cache..I will keep you posted.

Best Haircut experience I’ve had in a long time! Friendly and welcoming environment, no wait time with a next-day appointment available! Stylist Hanna cut & styled my hair, she is fantastic! My hair looks exactly the way I wanted it! I was ready for a big summer chop and a little nervous about it, but she was very receptive to what look I was going for, and she was very personable which made the experience fun. My bf loves my new hair as well, Thank you Hanna and Bombshells team! Anyone in the Roanoke/ Trophy Club area needs to check them out!

Most disappointing hairdresser visit in my life! I went their for a full balayage and a trim but I ended up with a weird layered haircut that I didn’t ask for and orange highlights. Although my money piece turned out thicker on one side. I wanted lighter hair because of my halo extensions, I even showed them a picture, but they cut off all blonde hair so in the end it was darker than before. I can’t even wear my extensions anymore. I tried to contact the salon but they didn’t reply to make up for it. It’s really sad to ignore unsatisfied costumers, at least an answer would have been nice and polite. I would not recommend to go there.

Jessica was the best stylist I have ver had in my 23 years of existence. She was extremely kind and friendly and showed me how to style and take care of my hair in depth, which no other hairstylist has done for me. I live 1,300 miles away and I would happily move here just so she can be my stylist. 100/10 recommend

This salon is fine, not great but not terrible. I subtracted one star because they called 45 minutes before my appointment to push it back two hours, which rearranged my whole day. That was irritating. My haircut was mediocre but not terrible. I asked for a heavy face frame, which she didn’t do at all until the very end when I reminded her. Then she did barely any face framing whatsoever. When I came in, I hadn’t had my hair cut for over a year and was expecting to walk out with my hair looking different. It looked like it had barely been cut, with very little shape and none of the weight taken out.

Hannah Robbins is an incredible stylist!! She did a partial on my long hair that blended my natural gray for beautiful results to brighten things up. I wasn’t sure what I envisioned was possible but she made it happen. It was a true joy to sit in her chair. You won’t be disappointed!
