She is great at giving advise for new products and styling tools also. Everything in her salon is very clean and fresh! We recommend her to everyone we know looking for a new salon!

Critical: PunctualityI booked an appointment with Alicia jimenez to get my nails done. On the day of, 15 minutes before my appointment she texted to ask if I could push my appointment an hour which I said was fine. I arrived on time and then had to wait another 45 minutes for her to finish someone else’s nails! Regardless I figured it was a one time thing and set up 2 future appointments which she said she would text me closer to the date to figure out the time. She never did and I missed one cause of this and then she was all booked for the other day I set up with her. I rebooked for the day after and confirmed my appointment time with her that morning. I arrived on time and she tells me that she is not finished with another client (from the sound of it she was barely even started). She asked me to wait a half hour, which I did. I called her after 45 minutes and she still was not finished and I had stuff to do that evening so And I planned on getting my nails done at my scheduled time. I ended up just having to leave. I booked an appointment with Alicia jimenez to get my nails done. On the day of, 15 minutes before my appointment she texted to ask if I could push my appointment an hour which I said was fine. I arrived on time and then had to wait another 45 minutes for her to finish someone else’s nails!
