I came in today at 1 for my 1:30 pm haircut and blow out. At 1:30 pm an employee told me that the hairstylist won’t be available until 5 pm. This is extremely unprofessional and unappreciated. Not sure why they had a 1:30 pm time available if no stylist would be there to provide services. This was my first time going there and I won’t be returning.

I love this place ! Where do I start the wigs are amazing ! The hair is all amazing. They cater to all types of nationality’s. I bring my daughters for silk press as well. they give you amazing treatment & service. I love when I get my hair washed the chair gives you a wonderful massage.

This place is struggling as a salon. Only one stylist and the rest are trainees. I spent 4 hours at this place just for a simple trim and blow dry. A blow dry that consisted of getting a hair straightener through my hair. I expected something better for a salon at the mall.

Amazing service! Best champagne experience I have ever received. Paula is by far one of the BEST Hair Stylist I have ever experienced. She is not only the OWNER but she is also hands on with her other stylist, clients, and the OVERALL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I have never been so excited to patronize a business. They even have massage chairs while you are getting your hair washed. Since I have been here there has been someone constantly cleaning and sweeping. They offer you water, coffee, tea, and mimosas constantly from the time you enter until the time you leave. The other staff is very friendly and helpful too. They have a great staff and I will definitely be back. I’m going to leave this review on all outlets. I definitely support this business and I will be back. I drove all the way from New York City just to shop and ended up with a new stylist. I was desperate for a great stylist. I didn’t have to fuss or fight with parking, horn honking, etc that you would get in the city. It’s centrally located in the mall next to H&M and Forever21. It is definitely a place for everyone but women if you want to get away and feel pampered, come here!

After searching for months to find a high quality salon for sew in, closure, or frontal for my hair,in Stamford,CT. I found Bombshell studios. They are professional and provide hair services that far exceed the price equivalent for a similar service in the area. I highly recommend this salon for anyone who is looking to try a weave for the first time or regular installment. You can also purchase the hair for the install at the location; they have a variety of virgin hair textures(straight, curly, or wavy) for you to choose from. Not only do they provide protective styles,they are also highly skilled in natural hairstyles like twists, silk press, and and blow outs. My hair has grown a few inches in the last couple of months and I have Bombshell studios to thank!!!
