Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIf I could give zero stars I would, I made an appointment, confirmed my appointment, Brooke forgot my appointment and showed up a half hour late. Asked me what I wanted and said she would “try” so I offered something easier and she started getting agitated asking if I thought we were a good fit. I told her it was ok, if later on I didn’t like it I would have it stripped and redone and she kinda freaked out on me. All this in front of my autistic daughter. I just walked out.
