Sat in the salon chair for 5 hours, I walked out with the same hair I walked in with. She charged me for basically nothing. I now have to go to another stylist to FIX what she did. 0/10 do not recommend every going here and will NEVER go here again. Hair highlighting

Critical: QualityI went to have my roots bleached and not only did Cathy completely destroy my hair I had to wait there 4 hours. She told me to come back the next day and she would fix my hair. Well she didn’t. She made it worse because she wanted my hair a certain color instead of what I wanted and then ended up charging me more for everything she had to use to fix what she messed up. So I will never go back and I don’t recommend this place at all. I went to have my roots bleached and not only did Cathy completely destroy my hair I had to wait there 4 hours. She told me to come back the next day and she would fix my hair. Well she didn’t. She made it worse because she wanted my hair a certain color instead of what I wanted and then ended up charging me more for everything she had to use to fix what she messed up.
