I have been going to Bombshell for over 15 years! Before I met Jen- I struggled with stylists who wanted to take my long dark Indian hair and turn it shades of orange when I wanted caramel! Through the years Jen knows what I like even when I don’t know what I want! We try new things sometimes; she even lets me experiment with my random photos but ultimately she is in tune with what I would like without making me a blonde or a red head or making me look old!! Best of the best!

Had a really unpleasant experience at this salon!! This was my second time going there and worked with a different hairstylist not as experienced as the first time. She did not respect my request that I told her not to touch my scalp while highlighting. I have an allergy reaction to hair color but never got a reaction because I ask the hairstylist to leave a few inches from my root. But she did not listen to me. First the color was not what I asked her it was completely different!!! Second I got a really bad allergy reaction and got red swollen eyes and heads. I went there to show both the stylist and the owner what I looked like the day after to make them aware of her careless mistake. Hope it does not happen to anyone else there!!!!! IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT PRODUCT YOU USED, NOTHING SHOULD HAVE TOUCHED MY SCALP!!! Please respect to your client’s request!!!!!

Tina at Bombshell is simply amazing! I brought my 16 year old daughter to her after a botched color job at another salon. Her hair looked as if she had strings of brass running through it. She has the most beautiful thick brown hair and just wanted some highlights and interested added to it. Unfortunately, we initially went to a salon that was close and not a salon that specializes in color. In a panic, I called Bombshell! They had been recommended to me in the past but are quite far from where we live. I was so fortunate to reach Tina so I could explain the situation…after all, a 16 year old girl’s hair is her lifeline! She was so wonderful from the minute I spoke with her! She fit us in quickly and what an absolute miracle she worked on her hair! It was a multi-step color process followed by a precision cut and style.

I went to bombshell hair salon about a week ago and got my hair cut and styled, my hair is very thick and curly and since it was cut while it was straightened, the layers weren’t enough, unfortunately I didn’t realize that until I washed it and it was back to its natural curls, I called the salon, and Erin “hope it’s spelled correctly” gave me an appointment the next business day. Erin, THANK YOU!! She fixed my hair in no time and I got perfect layers now I’m in love with my hair. You guys did an amazing job ☺️
