Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismAbsolutely great first impression with Julie. So sweet and welcoming, great interactions between stylists, (happy employees tells me it is a respectful, fun, well-run business) my hair was done very well and overall a welcoming atmosphere; it just felt almost peaceful when I entered. I already made my next appointment before I left. I only reserve 5 star reviews when I find these things happen consistently; I bet that will happen at my next appointment!!(I am back and I’m changing my 4 stars to 5 stars!!)I have had my next appointments with Julie. I am happy to say I have been treated just as well and maybe even better. I explained a few things I’d like to change, she was attentive, did what I asked very well, kept checking with me about what she was doing, and my hair is just the way I wanted, EXACTLY. Absolutely great first impression with Julie. So sweet and welcoming, great interactions between stylists, (happy employees tells me it is a respectful, fun, well-run business) my hair was done very well and overall a welcoming atmosphere; it just felt almost peaceful when I entered. I already made my next appointment before I left. I only reserve 5 star reviews when I find these things happen consistently; I bet that will happen at my next appointment!!

Critical: QualityBefore I even used this company I sent pics of what I wanted and also what my hair currently looked like. They said yes we can do it, I go in and show the lady the picture of what I wanted. A dark shadow root with very light blonde dimensional hair. What I got was anything but that. I asked multiple times if she was doing what the picture showed. I told her I wanted absolutely no brown in my hair other then the shadow root, she swore up and down she was doing the picture and to trust her. I did. My mistake. Once she was done I asked why what she gave me wasnt even close to what I asked for or what was pictured and she just said it will get lighter after a few washes…what about the fact that I have no shadow root at all?? She had no excuse! I actually cried as this was my bday gift from my mom and now she has to pay for something I didnt ask for nor ever wanted. What I got was a shade lighter then my natural hair. She didnt try to fix it. The owner stood their and never did anything nor did the other worker. The red head hung up on my mom who was calling to pay for the awful head of hair I just received and she hung up on her and told me to leave. Worst experience of my life!!! If she couldnt do it she should have said so!! Its literally one shade lighter then what I had and no shadow root at all, not even the slightest!! Poor business, especially since no one even cared to ask what was wrong or check to see the complete difference of what I asked for versus what I got!! Before I even used this company I sent pics of what I wanted and also what my hair currently looked like. They said yes we can do it, I go in and show the lady the picture of what I wanted.
