Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This girl was 30 minutes late to my 2 hour appointment and I could not run over my allotted time, so I left and she said she would refund me. Of course I never got the refund. She said she never told me that I would receive a refund, as if I’m making this all up, and kept referring to her policy which stated no refunds. Why tell me I would be refunded if it went against your policy? It also states that a client can’t be 15 minutes late to an appointment, so she should really hold herself to that same standard. She had me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes without giving me any heads up. I just disputed the deposit with my credit card company, so hopefully the issue ends here. Avoid if you can. Lots of kind and professional techs in the CV & Hayward area to go to instead.

I cannot express how happy I am with my lashes!! Katherine was so patient, knowledgeable and friendly. If you are in the east bay Castro Valley area I highly recommend Bombshell Lashes with Katherine. She definitely knows what’s she doing and it’s been 2 1/2 weeks and my lashes still look full. Look no further ladies! Her prices are still better than other places and her work is just amazing. Thanks Katherine !!

Terrible!! First, I booked a 12 noon appointment and waited til 1pm to get work done because she forgot to book me on her schedule. Second, I asked for classic set but she suggested car eye style and I got nothing that didn’t look like anything. It look like I still need a new set of lashes. I almost ask for a new set because I wasn’t happy with her work but that would probably mean 2 more hours. I already spent 2 hours there!! What a waste of time & money. Don’t recommend Katherine for your eyelashes.
