Katie does an excellent job especially with BRAIDS! She does every kind of braid. This salon and Katie really helped me out in a time of need. I had a procedure and couldn’t lift my arms to wash my hair and they took care of it. Katie also fixed my hair for a Hawaiian party and everyone kept telling me how beautiful it was. Photos in post

I had a recent surgery and my hair is long and curly so it’s complicated to wash on a good day. I called bombshell and the owner answer and I told her my situation. She got me on the schedule right away for Katie to wash and style my hair. They were so wonderful and compassionate. I felt so cared for and Katie did a fantastic job and explained everything she was doing and the products she used. I made my next appointment before leaving! I’m so thankful I called Bombshell!

SURPRISE CHARGES ARE NEVER PART OF GOOD INTEGRITY OR MORALS!! This place overcharged me more than the original agreed upon quote. I tried to talk with the manager and she didn’t even care that she was taking my baby’s diaper money by overcharging, especially for service that did not meet the price requested. This salon TOOK TOO LONG, was not being able to deliver a smooth hairdo without lots of flyaways everywhere all messy, and taking another client while working on myself and my daughter’s hair dos, making me 2 HOURS BEHIND SCHEDULE for our family photo shoot, that took a great deal of planning and expenses to prepare. I lost count how many times I had to say “smooth, no flyaways” for my daughter’s braid!?!?!?! Then when they overcharged me they wanted to claim it for “extra time” which was clearly DUE TO THIER INABILITY TO PERFORM THE AGREED UPON TASK and taking another client while working on our hair!!?!?! Unbelievable!?!? The adult up do eventually turned out well, but took much longer that it should have since the lady decided to take another client while doing my hair. I ended up waiting super long for her to finish my hair between doing the other client. My daughter’s braid was unfortunately way too messy than desired.
