I received a gift card for Christmas to get a haircut at Bombshell. I was blown away. Greeted immediately and offered to use the restroom and a water. No wait at all! Tiz gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! My hair literally falls into place with minimal help from my blow dryer and brush. Manger stopped and checked how I was doing and everyone was so friendly. I truly felt I was in the styling environment I’ve looked for. Super professional without being uppity just comfortable and friendly. I’m a customer for life.

They do a good job, and they are affordable. Despite my forth coming complaint, I really want to remain a customer. My biggest gripe is that literally almost every appointment I’ve had this summer has been rescheduled because of something on their end. I made these appointments months in advance because they book up quickly, and I got childcare—which isn’t always easy. It’s an enormous pain when I have to reschedule. I get that life happens, but I just got texted about my 5th schedule change. Why does this keep happening??

I grew my brows out for 4 months, came here ready for a wax and shaping. It was the worst experience ever. The tech removed a chunk of my right brow. I’ve attached a photo for your reference. Beware!! I left regretting my visit. I will have to wait another couple months until this mistake grows back. I paid $30 for someone to ruin my face.

Positive: Professionalism, QualitySandra was AMAZING! Went to her this morning for a Brazilian and I’ve never had a better wax in my life. She is super sweet and personable and really makes you feel at ease. The girls at the front desk were also very welcoming and friendly. It was my first time @ Bombshell and I’ll definitely be coming back.

This is the best place for a wax EVER! It’s been awhile since I’ve sought waxing services. First I called to get more information, the representative was easy to talk to, and I felt she enjoyed helping customers. Sandra was my technician, and she was so very professional and comforting. The front desk ladies were attentive and sincere. The process is super sanitary! After every section, a new wax stick was used. NO DOUBLE DIPPING! The quality of the wax, and the after care product are superb. I pre-booked 3 appointments, and I rarely do that. Summer is just around the corner, make your appointment(s) asap! I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
