The absolute worst place to go for color. Kristin should have her business license revoked, or at the very least not be licensed to treat hair. I left with different colors of silver and orange. Completely fried and blotchy. I spent almost 8 hours there and was being worked on at the same time as someone else who was getting a perm. Completely unacceptable. She parted my hair in a zig zag so I wouldn’t see the uneven mess she made. The next day (as you can see in the last photo) my hair was completely orange. I have been getting blonde for over 7 years now and this has never happened. When I messaged her after leaving, I explained how upset I was and she couldn’t care less. She said there was nothing she could do and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault, and then blocked me. Save your money and time, this place is terrible.

My mother got 2nd degree chemical burn from Kristin doing her hair. After informing Kristin of this issue she was completely unprofessional and did everything she could to blame my mother. She then posted on the bombshell beauty Facebook insinuating that my mother was drunk in her establishment. Kristin is a bully and does everything she can to blame her customers for when they are unhappy with her services.
