My experience going blonde with Bethany has been so rewarding, and I feel compelled to write a review after reading Joanna Staple’s experience at Bombshell, where she complains after trying to go blonde and add color in a manner of days. I have been seeing Bethany since she was at a different salon and have remained loyal because I know I can trust her with my hair. She will not fry it off your head and her process for blonding is delicate and /does/ take time. I admit I had my moments where I was questioning how long it would take but I can say I’m finally there and my hair feels AMAZING, as if it grows this way out of my head. To top it off, it’s nearly platinum. I’m now passable for Norwegian. But it was a process, and I’m not taking something that happens in a matter of weeks or even months. I’m so happy I stuck with it because I absolutely love my hair! <3 Bethany deserves all the credit for working hard and continuing to learn new processes and skills. She does not gatekeep her cosmetic secrets and since seeing her, I've added so many amazing products to my make up routine that have changed~my~life. I sincerely feel bad for Joanna Staples as she really fumbled a great opportunity to have an amazing hairstylist. ♀️

All I can say is “WOW!” Kylie got me in last minute for a simple trim and ended up transforming my hair! She took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with my hair type and style.
