Bombay salons -Sports-wood location- the best salon I have been to in Memphis. All the ladies here are professional and courteous. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for more than 2 years and recently got my first ever highlights done. I was skeptical but everyone there made me comfortable with my decision and I am very happy with the results.

3rd time coming to location (Spottswood) and last!!! Waited almost one hour for a leg wax, still didn’t get served because I walked out. Lady said wait in the chairs in the back room and said I was next, but steady letting people who wanted brows done in front of me. Inconsiderate and poor customer service.

I had been to this place. Main person is rude and lacks professional ethics. She had missed me twice for hair cut and take next person. Even if I’m there waiting for my turn. One time I signed up and waited for more than 30 mins, because the lady had to go fir lunch break but later realized it is going take another 30 mins. So I decided to go pick up kids from school first and I told the girl that I’m coming back. She was ok with me. When I came back the main person asked me to sign up once again and Waite for my turn. I told her that I am already waiting and if I start once again, it will take more than hour and my kids are hungry and I need to go home quickly.

Very worst experience.I went for layer cut they had done me the normal U cut & charged for layer cut. She was so rude all the way pulling my hair. I requested to comb slowly but she is not listening & doing the same way. Please don’t go to this place. Waste of money.. Haircut

I made an appointment for 10:00 as for face threading, I left at 10:10 because they were not open. Due to conviencience I have been going to Bombay on Spottswood. Until recently I was happy with their services. I go almost every week for a full face and eyebrow threading, I am pleasant and tip very well. My only complaint all along is that you can not make an appointment, you get who is available. For the most part this is ok. Last week I got a new person, she was very young. It had not been quite a week since I was there, so I requested a side burn threading and a touch up of face and eyebrow. I should have just said full face with eyebrow? The tech kept asking if she should get specific areas, so I finally said “I normally get full face and eyebrow, so yes please remove all hair that you see. Her response was” We have an old lady that comes in here one a week and get a full face threading”. It didn’t hit me immediately, but after a bit I realized that I was the old lady that came in once a week for full face hair removal that she was referring to. Ok, so I am 67 years old and have tons of facial hair, I do not like it, but it is an easy fix. I GO GET IT THREADED SO THAT I DO NOT LOOK LIKE A HARRY MONSTER! What is their business about? REMOVING FACIAL HAIR!!!!!!!! I’m pretty resilient, but that really hurt my feelings. Just FYI, a harry face is not one of the hard things about getting old, because lots of face techs love making you look better and feel good. Shame on you guys…..I will not be back…

I’ve always come to Bombay for brows/face (and they do an amazing job every time) but decided to get a haircut here too. I also got it washed and blow dried, and I can honestly say that it’s never looked this good!! I got rounded layers done with some face framing strands and I am so shocked. Daisy did an amazing job. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a trim or layers. I showed her some pictures beforehand, and she went above and beyond and gave me exactly what I was looking for!

I been to a few other Bombay salons in the city but this is by far the best. Its the only one where I’ve felt comfortable and confident in the ladies abilities to give me exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a while and recently decided to switch to getting my waxes and lashes done here as well and I’m definitely not disappointed in my decision. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a professional and relaxing environment!!!
