What was a beautiful morning, turned into a relaxing day too. It’s very rare that I wrote reviews on Google but I feel this was something I need to share. I was at Bombay Salon for a waxing and facial service. The place was clean and the environment was friendly. The facial was the best I had in a while, thanks to Rimple. I very much recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a decent service at a reasonable price. I will definitely visit again.

Worst experience. Went there for a head massage. The lady who’s did head massage was no good. The time to complete my head massage was very short. A gentleman who was already having a head massage even before I entered, and me left almost at the same time. On top of that I gave a tip of one dollar. The lady at the front desk was asking me sarcastically, why this high Amount of tip. I told her my experience this time was bad and I also told her my last experience was very good but not this time. Then she started explaining each and every hand is different. Do I care, no I was there for a good head massage and I did not get that.. and I was generous enough to give 1$. And the lady at front desk was not satisfied. So my question is are you doing business..? Or asking people for tips for their bad experience. if you give your customer a better experience they will give you more tips.. they don’t care how your explanation on different hands.. they are there to get a good experience. If not better close the saloon than giving explanation.. If you demand tips or speak sarcastically about my tips.. its nothing but you are begging me for tips.. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BEGGING. and I am never coming to this salon again.

I had my haircut here several times. Personally they are affordable. The staff is excellent, except a lady > 40s seems she is the manager, and she is sarcastic, rude, shows a terrible attitude towards customers, and tries to sell the services. I pity how other staff is surviving with such a lousy boss! I strongly recommend the management to replace her.

This was THE WORST experience in doing my hair cut, a old lady who did my hair was very rude & acting as if she knows everything. I asked her to take a picture before haircut & the way she took was not proper. At first I was just trying to explain her tat I want a feather cut (about to show her some image which I prefer) but she said ‘step cut right’ then I replied her ‘no’ then she said both are same(I don’t know whether she a stylist/not). She was just pulling my hair so hard with her rudeness. Even though we didn’t know her language (Hindi) she has to be polite to the costumer.Actually my husband used to do his regular hair cut every month so tat I was very happy to do my first haircut in Texas for my birthday. When I came home sad & my husband saw my hair he was not satisfied & said its too short & no finishing edges it doesn’t worth the money we paid 35$, now we both regret. Without customer satisfaction what you guys are trying to do & get money. Please do something & take action.

Went for a haircut today and felt slight rudeness in the behavior . Their policy is anything less than $15 is cash and since my haircut was $12 the person asked me “are you coming here for first time” for not carrying cash. Feel this could have been avoided and I did pay via card adding the tip and ensuring I adhere to their policy.

Wish , I could have given them negative stars. They are way too pricey, bad attitude towards the customer, and extremely dishonest. There’s so many other desi shop, which are way more client friendly, and price competent

Worst service ever. Extremely rude staff. Especially the owner. I went there to get waxing and eyebrows done. The process of waxing was awful and super unhygienic(Kept on using the same strip for almost entire process). Even after complaining several times they didn’t listen and the manager came up to me and said we handle 100 customers every day we cant pay attention to each one of them. I will not suggest anyone to get anything done their. I wish I could complain about them somewhere else as well.
