I came here for the first time today. They were super friendly and professional. It was spacious and super clean.The price was amazing! The service was quick. I did a walk in only and there were 2 people in front and I wasn’t there forever like other places. I will definitely come back here forever. Critical: QualityI’ve been coming here for the past year and have been satisfied every single time. However, today was different. I showed up excited to get my brows done (hadn’t done them since April because of the quarantine). Before she started I set clear expectations, “just clean them up, not thin please” and sure enough when she finished I had little to no hair left on my brows. Not only did she leave me with two lines, she left one brow completely thinner than the other, my brows look so different from each other. I am completely saddened and disappointed that this happened to me after it took me so long to let them grow out. My brows were full of life and now they’re hideous! Thank goodness for make up, that’s the only thing keeping me sane until my brows start to grow again. I showed up excited to get my brows done (hadn’t done them since April because of the quarantine).
