Called to get an appointment here last minute because I was in desperate need of a new no chip… they got me in right away and did great! I think I had a newer technician doing my nails, but she was amazing and the owner and other girls continuously checked in with both of us to make sure I was getting perfect service. Will definitely be coming back, I HAVE to check out the Jelli pedi next!

Very unprofessional staff, every technician is rude and full of attitude,my appointment was at 12pm but made me wait till 12:30, then she dint knew how to do the design in the acrylic nails, she messed up, besides when I asked if any other staff member can fix it for me she said they have other clients who will come in, upon asking for discount she still charged me the same rate and told me if you waited for 30 mins that’s not our problem! Very annoying snd rude staff! I then had to go to another nail place to fix my nail design which they ruined! 1/5 ratings! Will never visit here again.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuei went awhile ago for the first time without an appointment and they told me they were unable to take me which i totally understood since i didn’t make an appointment ahead of time so i just told them i was gonna call my ride back n ill come back next time. After communicating with each other they told me they could’ve squished me in rq before another appointment arrived & Ashley did a good job really quick on my nails without rushing them. i went awhile ago for the first time without an appointment and they told me they were unable to take me which i totally understood since i didn’t make an appointment ahead of time so i just told them i was gonna call my ride back n ill come back next time. I saw a lot of good reviews and pictures about this salon and decided to try it. The people are SUPER friendly and make you feel comfortable. Good music playing and also very clean salon, a lot of colors to choose from! I gave this 3 stars because my first experience was not good. I went for a full set and I wanted a design on my nails. My nail tech used stickers and they were so so cute! I was charged $65 for a full set when the website says it’s only $40. I thought maybe it was my mistake reading the wrong thing and tipped her anyways. I checked again at home and I only booked an appointment for a $40 set. I noticed the next day that they were already starting to peel. I messaged her 3 days later and we made an appointment to get them touched up. The day of my appointment, she messaged me asking to move the appointment time because she booked a time with another client … I was busy later that day so I couldn’t. She ended up messaging me again 15 minutes after our original appointment time saying that her client didn’t come and for me to come in… I think this is extremely unprofessional and not a good way to treat clients. I asked if we could just do it the next day and she said she wouldn’t be in the salon…. By this time it had already been one week since I got my full set and it isn’t if worth trying to get them “touched up” anymore because they have peeling more and more everyday. I also realized afterwards that a few of the nails are crooked and going sideways. Overall, the shop itself is very nice and so are the people, but I dont think i I’ll be going here again and recommending to any of my friends. I don’t think it’s fair to treat clients this way when I paid $65 for a full set that only lasted about 3 days.
