What I asked for vs what I got. The process itself was very sad, as even after I proceeded to say I wanted my nail’s medium length; the lady doing my nails chops them to down to almost my natural nail. The price I paid was way too much for these nails and for me already being very sad with the results. They were not what I wanted in the slightest. I was extremely disappointed and definitely feel scammed. I immediately went to another salon and had the nails soaked off, so that was 90$ down the drain (not including what I paid to have them removed). The environment itself wasn’t extremely welcoming. I’ve heard they do great at eyebrows, so maybe just skip the nails and go elsewhere.

I had the worst haircut experience ever at this place. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing. I never take the time to write reviews but can’t let this one pass… asked for face framing / simple long bangs showing a reference photo and they just butchered my hair completely. I asked for it to be fixed when I saw them cutting the bangs straight instead of at an angle and they just kept chopping it shorter so I gave up.

Wifey got her threading done here and she is thoroughly satisfied with the service from Mona. She is super friendly and knows the job. Also, prices here are pretty reasonable compared to many places in the area for the service. They also have offer of every 6th threading free which is nice. There are multiple other semi annual and annual discounts. The salon setup is gorgeous and glam and for the prices and service you should definitely give a visit.

I get my eye brows threaded from here and I have had a very good experience always. All the staff is super accommodating. There is someone I really like in particular, she is a professional, but I am not sure of their name. This place is a must visit and I really hope they start having some kind of deals super soon. They are always super packed, since a lot of people go there now. Make sure to book an appointment, but they take walk ins as well. I never have had to wait more than 10 minutes. <333 Love them!

The nail lady doesn’t know how to remove dip nails…she spoilt my nails.She couldn’t apply the gel color properly. The color palette did not have correct numbers. After selecting twice I got the correct one…also she charged $20 just to remove the nail dip.

I asked to do trimming with the u shape. And they have cut my hair so short. I can’t leave as a free hair and can’t tie as a ponytail. Worse experience ever had before. And when I said them they have given 10 percent off for next time.

Did threading there, very bad technique, did not removed eyebrows hair instead just trimed them at their base, so on third day they were noticeable again. Very noticeable.
