i am so so disappointed in the service that was done today. i have came here multiple times and every time my eyebrows came out perfect. i already have thick eyebrows so i always specifically ask for them to just clean them up a little bit. however this time they threaded off practically everything. it’s a couple days before my prom so this was really important to me. maybe the girl that did them was new or something but when she had the whole store surround me and to see their faces in shock and lecturing her about how to properly do eyebrows, my self esteem plummeted. they didn’t make me pay and who i believe to be the owner was really understanding why i was crying. maybe if they trained their staff a little better i would leave a better review but i do not recommend coming here for professional eyebrow threading.

They always do a good job on threading my eyebrows and it’s not expensive at all only $15 and there’s constantly opportunities to get a discount either with the 15% off coupon or the text club that offers discounts on various stores in Salem. The picture below is the end result, after them being very bushy and unshapen before hand.

They always do an excellent job but the reason it gets one less star is because the wait time is kind of long but I understand they’re understaffed. Otherwise, I definitely recommend coming here!
