I had a really mean experience today at this parlour. I don’t want to name the service providers(2 middle aged women) but I hope they will know it if they care enough to read this review. So, today evening I went there for eyebrow and upper lip threading. After doing the service, she said – “you should come often” and I smiled and replied, “I have a 5 month old baby”. Then she said “Oh! Then you haven’t done it for that long”. And that woman and the other one started giggling sarcastically. Blaim it on my exhaustion and lack of sleep, I couldn’t process it that they are making fun of me. I was embarrassed and I said “No I came 2 months ago” and too my utter disappointment, they started laughing this time looking at each other. Now, I regret, why I didn’t reply and I even tipped that lady. So, please don’t be in a service industry if you don’t have empathy. Deeply frustrated with these ladies. Hope the owner and these ladies see this and it might instill some sense in them!!

Have been going here for 4+ years and never had any issues but ever since reopening after COVID, their online store hours are never reliable. I have shown up to the salon during store hours only to find that the store is closed. I found out that the same thing had been happening to a friend as well. This has happened to both of us multiple times, not just once or twice! Recently I started calling ahead of time but the rarely answer the phone. This has just shown me that they don’t value their costumer’s time as much as I thought they did!

Tipping is not supposed to be mandatory! For a $15 eyebrow upper lip threading service they are asking for minimum $3 tip and on a threatening tone! The lady working there is literally demanding that amount! Been a customer for 6yrs. Time to find a new place. If the owner doesn’t change policy, this business will doom soon.
