I’ve been going to Brey for over a year now. She’s always professional, on time and clean. Love her positive attitude and how quickly she gets her job done. She always creates a welcoming environment. I’ve never received better service from any esthetician. She follows up with you in between appointments and is always enthusiastic to answer any questions you have. I definitely recommend this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy first time booking with Brey, unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity to experience her services due to the lack of communication, after submitting my payment online she text me stating that I was too submit a $25 security deposit through zelle. When I asked for clarity of the total price she kept saying $55 but since I paid online I thought the $25 was going to be added on as well. I booked my appointment around 11am so when I asked about the deposit is when she started not to communicate with me. I tried to call her countless times and she consistently sent me to voicemail and all I wanted was to get a better understanding. Later on around 12AM she condescendingly informed that there should have NOT been any confusion and that my appointment was already booked becasue I didn’t secure my appointment with the deposit. But she could’ve easily told me everything in the beginning without catching an attitude about it so she made sure to wait till someone else booked my appointment slot to respond back to me. She also went out her way to block me on Instagram which to me I saw no point of that.
