I’ve never had better service! This was my first time at BOLD Beauty Bar and I will always come back. Kasey did an amazing job transforming my hair. Everyone was so nice and inviting. Kasey was very transparent and honest about what we could accomplish today with my budget. She went above and beyond! I recommend her to everyone, she’s amazing!

My sister and I went here last minute because no places would schedule two people so quick. I got highlights and my sister got a balayage. When they were done with my hair I could not even tell a difference, it was barely even lighter and very expensive. My sisters hair was so bad that she has to go to another place because it looks so awful. Instead of getting a black and platinum balayage, she left with pieces of black/green/red. Very disappointed.
