First time I had an appointment here and he canceled the DAY OF my appointment! I’ve been trying to get in for my hair because of my work schedule. It’s very difficult to get in with my schedule and I’ve had this set and I was sent TWO confirmation messages already. I would have set lower than a one star if I could because of how unprofessional this experience was. Thankfully, Kendalyn at Ken & Co got me in TODAY. I had engagement photos this evening and I got canceled on the DAY OF!!! I have thankfully found my new salon at Ken & Co and could not be more thankful for Kendalyn getting me in on such short notice. I will not be coming back to Bold Beauty Bar again.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDO NOT GO HERE ! they don’t listen to what you ask them to do and just start chopping away at your hair !I asked for a small trim said I don’t want much cut off at all . Next think I know my hair is up to my ears not even joking I cried and cried and cried and they just asked like it was no big deal and I shouldn’t be upset cause hair grows back right? WELL NOTOVERNIGHT! To add that I’ve been going there for years is just making it worse & this is not the first time they have ruined my hair . Before this I got a baylage brown to blonde and when my hair was under the dryer getting bleached it started burning I’m telling her that it’s ready my hair burns and she keeps telling me sit under there longer the time wasn’t up . I’m thinking in my head like ok but it’s done I can feel it . By the time she took the cap off the ends of my hair were melted together I was so upset and the fact I came back and she ruined my hair again by chopping it all off I am horrified. I will never go back there… it’s been a week just ugh their professionalism is trash when I said I don’t want my hair short she even kept cutting and cutting saying it’s dead .
