Update: I had to find another stylist to correct what Shameena messed up. She text this morning asking me to delete the review I left on her booking site without trying to make amends for butchering my hair literally. I took pics before the new stylist corrected my cut and as a result an additional 2 inches were cut off. Shameena didn’t even try to refund me anything. We all fall short and without constructive criticism, we can’t grow. I advised her deleting my review is dishonest and I will not be doing that.

Appt scheduled for 3pm didn’t receive service until about 4:20pm when asked if she would uphold her late fee policy for herself she responded “no”. During service she was on her cell phone the entire time and took a break to eat. Before this she has canceled my appt the day before. Extremely unprofessional and lack of respect for clients time. I will never return. Don’t waste your time or money.
