Kathleen is beyond amazing! She is friendly, efficient, super responsive, and easy to work with. She did my hair for my wedding and five of my bridesmaids by herself. I had two trials with her and she was very accommodating. The end result of my second trial was slight different to my wedding hairstyle was due to timing (which was out of her control – not her fault) but it showed her ability to adjust and managed to create the perfect craft for my wedding hairstyle that is similar to my second trial.
