Poor time management skills with no communication to the our wedding party that was waiting their arrival. We had to call to find out where they were. They were so late we were not sure if they were even coming. Over an hour or more late we have to reach out to see if they are coming. 2 and a half hours late to do makeup for the wedding. Rushed through the makeup on all the bridesmaids. The last bridesmaid was done 5 mins before the ceremony was suppose to start.
