When I entered the beauty bar I was immediately amazed! It is so clean and the Bohemian style is absolutely stunning! The staff was super friendly as I was greeted with smiles and a positive work environment! Sydney was very professional and took her time in making sure I was taken care of the way I wanted to be! She Answered all my questions and made my lashes look absolutely gorgeous! Also, my eyebrows came out perfect !! I walked out of there completely beyond satisfied and the front desk was super helpful in making sure I had the right product to assist with my new lashes! I am definitely Coming back every few weeks for a refill and touch up! And I am referring all my friends and family to go here! I went to Sydney to get my first set of classic lash extensions and eyebrow waxing! When I entered the beauty bar I was immediately amazed! It is so clean and the Bohemian style is absolutely stunning! The staff was super friendly as I was greeted with smiles and a positive work environment! I am extremely particular, and she listened to exactly how I wanted them to look and delivered. She was welcoming, kind and bubbly and it was much appreciated. I will definitely be back for a refill appointment because of Sydney’s service. The salon offers many services which I like the idea of doing everything in one place and it is big, clean and very cute inside!Now.. this is just me being picky and being a person who has had MANY salon experiences in her life. The reception team needs to be a bit more lively and happy. When I walked in, two young ladies with dark hair and full eyelashes who were at the counter and looked up but did not greet me with a hello or welcome or how can we help you. I had to say hi first and greet them first…and I didn’t know who to talk to at first cause neither one of them greeted me. I do think that it is so important to be overly friendly as a receptionist of a salon especially now because of the masks and it’s a little harder to see expression. When I was checking out, there one one of the same young ladies and a young man. The young man didn’t even look up from the computer so i went to the same young lady who checked me in. She was a little more friendly during check out. The young man actually didn’t acknowledge my existence the entire time. Neither asked me how my service was, which I think should be standard. Critical: Quality, ValueThe salon is cute but the prices and services do not match. A basic pedicure is $27, there is no massage chair, no additional massaging from the pedicurist, and her polishing skills were subpar. I won’t be going back.

Critical: Quality, ValueGot a full set nails started to lift within 5 days I contacted the manicurist she made me wait a week then cancelled on my twice which pushed me out to like 3,weeks then when I was finally able to get them done…they charged me again like are you serious!!
