1st time I went technician colored my hair red instead of just highlighting it with light blonde highlights. Ended up costing me over $300 and I had to fix it myself when I got home. Thought I would try again with another technician-asked for same color-platinum blonde streaks over existing blondish hair. This time she colored my hair lavender grey and argued it was platinum. Had to rinse out toner and she put another toner in it-still not right so she did a bleach wash which was not the color it would have been had she done it right the first time. All I wanted was a highlight all over my existing hair color. The manager told me the technician would not do my hair anymore since they had had previous problems with me and asked me to go to Lotus ( an elderly lady clientele salon) the next time. Will never go again!!!!!
