I 100% recommend this salon! Between the cozy comfortable, and cute atmosphere/decor, to the super friendly and talented staff members and owner, this salon is just lovely. Everyone was very sweet and helpful, offered plenty of tips/tricks for my hair, and answered all my questions with great advice. I’m so excited that they sell Kevin Murphy products, I never realized how fantastic that line is! I have pretty curly hair with different textures/curl patterns and Lauren was able to perfectly match what I described (very un-technically). Personally, I’ve always had a hard time finding a stylist that really listens to and shows patience when I’ve explained unique or particular things about my hair. I really appreciate the extra care to spot-color a few grays and to touch up curls/layers after styling and drying. The whole BBB team is obviously very up to date on what is happening now in hair and beauty and it makes a difference – true custom on-trend style and color for you (not the “standard”). My hair needed lots of help getting it fixed from another place and Laurie did an awesome job of getting my hair to the red I was looking for. I’m not one to write a bad review however my experience was so horrible that I have to share. I asked for a balayage and was given a junior stylist (won’t name her). She assured me she does balayage all the time and claimed to understand the task. I’ve been getting my hair colored for 15+ years and this is the worst job I’ve ever seen. The color came out ashy/silver at first, which is absolutely not what I asked for. The owner stepped in to correct it. After getting home and sectioning my hair off to straighten it, I noticed how absolutely horrendously the color was applied. Its chunky, streaky, and blotchy all around my head. Called the owner, and she “fixed” it for free but the color lines are still horrible. My haircut from this junior stylist also sucks. It’s so uneven but that’s the least of my problems with this place. Will not be recommending them to anyone.

She is knowledgeable and so up to date with the latest trends for hair. I recently brought my 2 daughters (6 and 3) and they were treated like little Queens.
